What Type of Data do We Collect
The only type of data that we actively collect is your name and email address. This is done through an embedded form from MailChimp. If you would like to simply be removed from our email list, you can click the “Unsubscribe” button that is at the bottom of all of our emails. If you would like to have all of your information removed from the MailChimp site, you have to do so through that specific site.

How long will we retain your data
If you share your name and email with us, we retain that information until you choose to unsubscribe. You can do so by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of our emails.
What rights do you have over your data
You can unsubscribe from our Happy Mail emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of every email. Any data that has been shared with other sites, through our embedded content, can be removed by contacting those specific sites (ie. YouTube, MailChimp, Google, etc.).
If you click on any affiliate links on the site, you are redirected to that specific site and must contact them to have your data removed.
This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
